How to  order Terms

How To Order Medals from us

First you will need to reserve the items, by either of the following methods:

along with any message in the email.


We will reply confirming your order, and give you instructions on how to pay.

We will reply as soon as we can, with details of availability, total cost including postage, confirmation that your reserved item will be held and despatched upon payment.


Most orders are despatched within 1-7 days, however please allow up to 21 days for delivery, during busy periods.
We use the Royal Mail to ship the majority of our orders. On occasions there may be delays. Unfortunately, this is out of our control, and may be down to your country local postal service or Customs. We can provide tracking numbers on request, "We will try to accommodate your postal instructions".

All British items are offered in good faith as genuine and original unless otherwise stated. Any item subsequently proved to be not as described, fake, renamed or not entitled to bars supplied with the medal, may be returned and payment will be refunded or credited.

Any British lot may be returned within 7 days U.K., and 14 days overseas if found to be incorrectly described on the understanding they are returned in the same order and state as when dispatched. Items returned for any other reason will (at our discretion) incur a re-stocking fee of 10% of the items value.

Foreign medals and badges are offered with 5 days return. Due to the high standards of copies produced. A lot of foreign medals and badges have several manufacturers. We are happy to produce high definition photos for you prior to purchase, so you may take advice and opinions from professionals and  the experienced. For our security, we take photos of foreign medals and badges prior to despatch if we have not already done so.

Please allow up to 7 days for clearance of cheques sent in payment.

We accept the following means of payment:

Visa and Master Card.
Credit Card handling charge of   2.50% will be added to orders under 300.00 GBP 
(Minimum Charge per c/c transaction 3.00)

U.K. Debit cards - No extra charge
Cheque in British Pounds
Personal Cheques in your own currency
(Bank charges may apply, to convert Foreign Currency Cheques)
Cash can be sent to us - At your risk.

"Extended terms" for payment and layaway scheme can be arranged for the more expensive items on the list.  Details on request.

* There may be an additional charge for items that accompany the medals i.e. paperwork, frames,boxes etc.

Overseas postal charges...... Registered Air Mail (International Signed for) Postage 9.00 for the first medal, 1.50 for each additional medal/item.
(Cost for sending Memorial Plaques, cases for which medals come in, and research documents etc. , price on request or when order is placed).

** Note, Royal Mail International Signed for insurance is upto 250 only. Your risk.

If you wish to have your order sent via courier or special service to include fully insured, prices are available on request. You can also arrange your own courier.

Abbreviation meanings for condition of medals

Mint = In as new condition as issued by the Mint.
EF = Extremely Fine, in an almost unworn condition.
NEF = Nearly Extremely Fine.
GVF = Good Very Fine.
VF = Very Fine, slight wear on the high points of the design, surface marks from contact.
NVF = Nearly Very Fine.
GF = Good Fine.
F  = Fine, slight wear overall, surface marks and perhaps edge knocks
